Plan It Right From Day One
Panel capacity, circuits, outlets, lighting, and code compliance are all decisions that get expensive once the walls close. We sit down at the planning stage, map the electrical to the way the finished space will actually be used, and keep permits and inspections moving with the build, so the electrical is never the trade holding up the job.
Residential and Commercial
From a single room remodel to a full commercial build out, the standard is the same: permitted work under our state license, clear communication with your contractor or designer, and a crew that shows up when the schedule says. We also handle building and parking lot lighting and high voltage work for commercial customers across the county.

Good Questions
Questions We Hear
When should the electrician get involved in a remodel?
At the planning table, before walls open. Panel capacity, new circuits, outlet placement, and lighting design all get harder and more expensive to change after drywall. Planning the electrical from day one means the renovation is never limited by outdated wiring, and inspections stay on schedule instead of becoming the delay.
Do you work with our contractor or designer?
Happily. Most of our construction and remodel work runs alongside general contractors, kitchen and bath firms, and designers. We coordinate rough in and trim out with the build schedule, keep our inspections current, and communicate directly with the team so the electrical never becomes the reason a job stalls.
Can you handle commercial work and parking lot lighting?
Yes. We wire commercial spaces, handle building and parking lot lighting, and take on high voltage commercial and residential work under our state Certified Electrical Contractor license. Commercial customers get the same treatment as our homeowners: permitted work, clear quotes, and a crew that shows up when scheduled.
Will my remodel need a panel upgrade too?
Often, yes, and it is better to know at the start. Kitchens, additions, and EV chargers add serious load, and an older panel may not have the capacity or the spaces. We evaluate the panel during planning and fold any upgrade into the project scope, so there are no surprises mid build.
