Lighting and Fans

Lighting and Ceiling Fans in Lake Park, FL

Lighting is what makes a room feel finished, and it is most of what we install. From recessed high hats and chandeliers to landscape lighting and ceiling fans, we lay out the design, run the wiring, and set every fixture straight and level.

Rooms That Feel Finished

The difference between a room that feels flat and one that feels designed is usually the lighting: even recessed patterns with no dark corners, pendants at the right height over the island, under cabinet light that makes a kitchen work at night. We talk through layout, trims, and dimming before the first opening is cut, because the layout is the part you live with every day.

Fans, Set Right and Balanced

A ceiling fan is only comfortable when it hangs from a fan rated box, balanced and wired to the controls you expect. We check the ceiling support first, upgrade light duty boxes, and finish with the fan running quiet at every speed. When a timetable matters, we keep it: one customer review notes we fit the install into their schedule and finished when promised.

Good Questions

Questions We Hear

Can you add recessed lighting to a room that has none?

Yes. We lay out the pattern so the light is even and the room has no dark corners, cut the openings, run the wiring, and set the fixtures in one visit in most cases. We will talk through spacing, trim style, and dimming with you before the first hole is cut, because layout is the part you live with.

Do you install chandeliers and large fixtures?

We do, including tall entry and stairwell pieces like the crystal chandelier in our photos. Large fixtures need the right support box and bracing, not just a hook in the old box, and we check the structure and the wiring before the fixture goes up, so it hangs straight, level, and secure.

Can you install a ceiling fan where there is only a light?

Usually, yes. A fan needs a fan rated box that can carry its weight and movement, so we check what is in the ceiling first and upgrade the box if it is light duty. Once the support is right, the fan goes up balanced and wired to the switch setup you want.

What about landscape and outdoor lighting?

We install landscape lighting that makes a home look its best at night and makes walkways and driveways safer to use. Low voltage systems are efficient and gentle on the electric bill, and we place fixtures for the effect you want, not just a row of lights along the path.
